Terms and Conditions of Service (EN)

1. Lavatú Laundry is not responsible for clothes that have not been related and informed in detail in quantity, type of clothes and washing conditions at the time of delivery. Ask our staff for a service order to list in detail and inform all the conditions for the washing and drying of your clothes.
2. Our service is done with water washing equipment. We do not have a Dry Cleaning service.
3. For exceptional cases, our staff will perform the service of manual scrubbing for small and recent stains, however, if the stain does not remove with manual scrubbing, the use of special stain removal products must be quoted, this service has an additional cost depending on the case and is quoted additional per garment.
4. The ironing service has an additional cost per garment, it is provided only if the customer requires it. See price table on our website.
5. The customer should check the labels of their clothes and inform if they can be washed in water, and if they require to be washed in a different wash cycle for white or dark clothes.
6. It is recommended to wash your colored and white garments separately, if so, you should inform our staff. This generates a separate cost for each washing and drying cycle.
7. The customer must inform, if any of his clothes have a particular washing or drying condition (bleach, ambient drying, etc.). These clothes must be put in a separate bag and our staff must be informed.
8. Lavatú Laundry is not responsible for objects, jewelry, money or papers left in the clothes. Before delivery, the garments must be checked by the customer.
9. The customer must report new developments in relation to the service provided within 48 hours, otherwise we are not responsible for such claim.
10. Our laundry has a closed circuit TV system, we have 14 security cameras located throughout the area of washing, drying and folding of garments, as a backup and validation of our service.
11. Service Guarantee: Due to inconsistencies in the quality of some materials, textures or colors, Lavatú Laundry is not responsible for variations in the clothes during the washing and drying process.
12. Equipment availability: The Self-Service laundry service is only offered if there is equipment available at the time of arrival at the premises, our staff will inform you if there is availability in the next few minutes, otherwise the laundry service assisted by our staff will be offered.
13. Washing in less than 4 hours: This service promise only applies to Self-Service washing and depends on the availability of equipment for washing at the time of the request, we suggest you check availability with our Staff.
