Due to the high demand for this service at this time, it is not possible to reserve by phone. The appropriate procedure is to physically arrive at the premises and ask our staff if there is equipment available, and then ask them to assign you the time of your washing shift.
Our laundry only has industrial water washing equipment, therefore, we do not have the dry cleaning service.
The standard time that the washing cycle lasts is 30 minutes and the drying cycle is 40 minutes, that is, the total is one hour and fifteen minutes (1:15), but the actual delivery time of your clothes depends on the following conditions:
Please note that the actual delivery of your clothing depends on the demand and availability of equipment during the day, therefore our average delivery times are:
- In Self-Service: (2) hours after your washing tower is assigned and delivered.
- In Service Assisted by the Staff: Between (4) and (6) hours, if you leave your clothes from the morning hours and before 2:00 p.m., your clothes will be delivered the same day after 5:30 p.m. *However, you must consult with the staff about this condition as it may be affected by demand.
The Washing Plan includes the following textile cleaning products in the price: They are also industrial and environmentally sustainable:
